After agreeing to work with me as your coach, we begin with the New Client Package: it consists of one 75–90-minute intake session and five 50–60-minute follow-up coaching sessions to work on goals. The client chooses a mini goal for each session, and I guide them through a structured framework leading to an action item to work on between sessions. To start, we meet weekly at the same time, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Rate (six sessions total): $600
After completing the new client package, established clients have the option to continue coaching. The goal is to be able to self-coach through issues as they arise, but it may take a few months to develop all the skills and confidence needed for effective independent growth. I will give the client and parent/guardian (as applicable for minor clients) my honest and professional recommendation if the client should continue weekly, decrease to bi-weekly sessions, or move to monthly maintenance coaching. These coaching sessions will continue using the same structure, incorporating activities and worksheets as appropriate, until the close session in which we will review progress made throughout the entire coaching engagement. Established clients/sponsors can purchase single 50-minute coaching sessions or you can choose a package of four coaching sessions to secure your time slot and a reduced rate.
Rate (four session package): $400
Rate (single session): $110
Many parents notice their child reacts the same way they do in similar situations ~ whether it’s perfectionism, overly emotional reactions to changes, frequent complaining, or other not ideal behaviors. Parent Role Model Coaching helps parents to work through their own issues, with their children’s future as a main source of motivation to take action. When a parent wants support to break unhealthy thoughts, feelings, and behaviors they’re unintentionally passing to their children, Parent Role Model Coaching helps the parent know how to model healthy patterns and sets plans to do so.
Similar to Youth Life Coaching, we will begin with a package of six sessions, consisting of one 75-90 minute intake session and five follow up coaching sessions, each with its own mini goal.
Rate (six sessions total): $600

Based on client needs, academic coaching may be appropriate. This means I coach the client to find his or her best ways to learn and problem solve when there's an academic challenge. It's impossible to know everything - but can you find a way around that? Academic coaching helps develop problem-solving skills, resilience, and stress management and will be included in client coaching sessions as needed.
Many young people may need support in figuring out what career choice they're most interested in pursuing. Some have no idea; others have more ideas than they can process on their own! When a coaching client's needs include exploring career and/or higher education options, this is something we work through as part of coaching sessions.
